NOCC State Chapters

Since its inception, the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition has built a highly-respected national presence through its nationwide network of thousands of volunteers. It has established itself as an important advocate for patients and families struggling with a diagnosis of ovarian cancer.

NOCC volunteers fuel the ovarian cancer awareness movement in local communities throughout the United States. These volunteers understand the specific needs of individual communities and promote and expand patient, public, and professional education about ovarian cancer. At the local level, NOCC volunteers are trained to offer support to patients, family members and caregivers. They organize awareness event, sponsor educational programs and continuing medical education symposia, disseminate literature at healthfairs and address organizations through speaker’s bureaus.

One thing you should know is that you do not need to walk this path alone. NOCC and its volunteers are here to support you and your family. Many of us have walked the same path and we are here to provide you with information, peer-to-peer support, compassion, support and encouragement. To find a chapter near you, please click here.
